The purpose of this page to provide helpful information for our new neighbors. If you have additional questions beyond what is addressed here, new residents may request to meet in person with the Welcoming Committee at any time.

All New Residents need to print, read and sign the Attached PDF. A copy must be provided to Management Support Services (MSS) to be reviewed and signed by the Colonia Miramonte Welcoming Committee Chairperson or a member of the Board. Once signed MSS will then provide a copy to appropriate Title Company prior to your Real Estate closing.

A signed copy by a member of Colonia Miramonte's Board of the attached PDF represents compliance with requirements set forth in Colonia Miramonte's governing documents section 10. Changes in Occupancy for new homeowners.
